I am noticing differences though albeit very slow as I want to enjoy the process, not get burnt out from it as I did before. In my early 30's I was in terrible shape. ...Hi. In my early 30's I was in terrible shape. Couldn't mow the lawn without stopping for a rest. Smoked 3 packs of cigs a day. Had severe knee pain on going up and down steps. Was way overweight. And probably had even more problems (hidden) than I new of. I decided this was NO way to live and quit most of my bad habits and started exercising. Very little at first, but you can see a huge increase in your fitness & health in a short time.
